Conducting meetings, briefings, or conferences no longer requires traveling great distances via commercial or private means. There is an alternative, and fortunately KAFB provides that alternative.

The solution is Video-Teleconferencing (VTC). By utilizing the KAFB VTC studio you have access to top quality video, audio, and networking equipment to bring the meeting, briefing, or conference to you.

The KAFB VTC, managed by the Kirtland C4 Team, is one of the hundreds of registered Digital Video Services - Global (DVS-G) network sites throughout the world. The studio is equipped with three video monitors, for incoming video, for out going video, and for incoming / outgoing graphics.

The VTC room provides support for multiple types of media, which includes digital, hard copy, tape, and audio (telephone add-on). The studio comfortably supports up 23 occupants with gallery seating. The studio also has the ability to support secure calls up to and including secret.
